You are invited to participate in our survey Leadership Style Survey.The purpose of this survey is to solicit information from the Young Professionals Forum (YPF) regarding the consultant civil engineering industry. The information and ratings you provide us will go a long way in helping us identify what leadership style/s would work best in industry. The questionnaire should only take 10-15 minutes to complete. In this questionnaire, you are asked to indicate what is true for you, so there are no “right” or “wrong” answers to any question. Work as rapidly as you can.
