Regence plans to remediate all of its systems to accept ICD-10 codes. Based on date of service, we will reject ICD-9 codes after 9/30/13. We will process valid (based on date of service) ICD-9 and ICD-10 claims after 9/30/13. Regence exchanges 837 claims with you. The following survey questions pertain to that exchange, specifically your plans for remediation of your systems in preparation for ICD-10.
