Dr. Rebecca Martin is conducting a research project entitled "Responses to Emotional Content in Video" as part of a research project at South Dakota State University.
The purpose of the study is to provide inform from part A
You as a student are invited to participate in the study by completing the following online assessment. We realize that your time is valuable and have attempted to keep the requested information as brief and concise as possible. It will take you approximately 30 minutes of your time. Your participation in this project is voluntary. You may withdraw from the study at any time without consequence.
There are no known risks to you for participating in this study.
You will benefit from being able to participate in and learn about how psychological research is conducted. If you are an SDSU PSYC 101 student, you will receive credit for your participation. If you are a University Center, PSYC 376 student, you will receive extra credit points for Research Methods II. Following the survey, you will be provided with a debriefing form discussing the purpose and expected results of this study.
Your responses are strictly confidential. When the data and analysis are presented, you will not be linked to the data by your name, title or any other identifying item.
