On behalf of Samsung Electronics Logistics and Service we would like to invite you to take part in this survey. We would like to know your opinion on the Spare Parts Distribution Service. Based on the results of the survey, we can more accurately determine what is beneficial for your business. These results will be used to initiate an improvement plan for 2011, together with our Logistics Service Providers.

The survey will take around 10 minutes and will begin with general information pertaining to your business and the business activities of all (Samsung) Authorized Service Centers in general. Then we would like you to rate the Logistics service of DHL Express and TNT Express. The last section of this survey contains Spare Part information related questions. The majority of the questions are related to our Service. The sliding scale is between 1 to 5, where 1 represents "Very Dissatisfied ", 2 “Not Satisfied”, 3 "Average", 4 "Good" and 5 "Very Good".
