Sexual harassment is any unwelcomed sexual advance, request for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of sexual nature that tends to create a hostile or offensive work enviornment. The purose of this survey is to obtain information about current or previous work enviornments and to determine wheather or not proper policie procedures are being met and followed.
