                                    Travel mode choices of indviduals
         
         You are invited to participate in a survey on travel mode choices of individuals. The survey is being conducted to study the influence of temperature extremes, urban forms, attitudes, accessibility and availability of conveyance/retail shops in shopping related travel mode choices at suburb scales. This survey is funded by Sustainable Cities and Coasts theme of CSIRO's Climate Adaptation Flagship.

         It will take approximately 10 minutes minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
