Hello,
You are invited to participate in our Software Project Iteration survey. An important part of any project iteration is gathering feedback and taking time to reflect on our success, challenges and opportunities for improvement. In this way, we can strive for greater project outcomes, increased value, and an enjoyable experience!
The survey asks about 21 questions. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
Your project manager will compile, review and present the results of this survey at an upcoming team meeting, where all project participants will be invited to attend and discuss the past iteration and how this review can be used to guide the project team.
If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Kathleen Tucker at (818) 955-6249 or by email at [email protected].
Thank you for taking the time to provide valuable feedback! Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
