Hello Sisters of Our Lady!  You are invited to participate in a questionnaire regarding various elements of our common life.  Questions in this survey will pertain to our Life of Prayer, Community Life, Habit/Mode of Dress, the Vows, and other topics. It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project.
