Thank-you for agreeing to take this short market research survey to help me find out how much interest there is in my services.

My name is Carolyn Hocquard and I make distinctive interior wall finishes out of clay and other all-natural, eco-conscious ingredients. They can be applied with various textures, so whether you like a rustic look or a luxurious one, they add a unique character to your home or business. They can also contribute to the health and comfort of a space, by helping to regulate the temperature and humidity, and by producing negative ions, which reduce airborne allergens.

This questionnaire will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and any information will be kept confidential and used for business planning purposes only. Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
