Stroke Assessment

This educational needs assessment survey for t-PA is being conducted to identify nursing skill or knowledge deficits in the stroke patient. Education will be provided to further enhance your ability to provide safe and effective patient care. This is not a test. It is anonymous. Please do not use reference material to answer the questions for this needs assessment. This assessment should take about 10-15 minutes of your time.
