Support The Lighting Laboratory

Hello former ALD student:

You are invited to participate in our survey Support for the KTH Lighting Laboratory. All the alumni that has been participating in the Architectural Lighting Design education at KTH Lighting Laboratory will be asked to complete a survey that asks about your current status within the lighting design field. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

This is an effort promoted by The KTH Lighting Laboratory itself to get support and facts from the alumni. The reason for it is to raise awareness of the importance of the profession and the education of it.

Why?
Recently has been decided by the rector of KTH that our educational activities are to enter into a "Sleeping mode", nevertheless the Lighting Laboratory as a department is continuing with it's parallel activities in research. But in order to reactivate the educational activities which are fundamental for the continuing growth and development of the profession, we, The Lighting Laboratory, have initiated an strategy that includes a paper which demonstrates the active participation and influence of our alumni in the lighting industry and promote the importance of the education of lighting design by The Lighting Laboratory and it's influence in the field.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and anonymous. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
