Survey on passengers’ satisfactory of the three ma

I am a final year student of a Bachelor degree programme jointly organized by City University of Hong Kong and Edinburgh Napier University. I am now conducting a research regarding passengers’ satisfactory of the three majors Hong Kong public transportation companies―Kowloon Motor Bus Co (KMB), Mass Transit Railway (MTR) and Cathay Pacific. It aims to evaluate the business performances of the three companies in order to identify the usefulness of balanced scorecard.
Please be assured that all information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and destroyed completely right after accomplishment of the project. All results from this dissertation study will be reported as statistical summaries only. The questionnaire only cost a few minutes to fill out. Thanks for your co-operation.
