You are invited to participate in the Ergonomic Evaluation Survey. In this survey, people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their workstation. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

3. The back of the Ergonomic chair needs to be adjusted to a 100°-110° reclined angle. The user should ensure that the upper and lower back is supported.
