How we have defined various roles-
Helper / Fitter — Semi skilled people helping in support activities for Welding, Fabrication & Machining.
Operator / Welder — Trained and qualified people who operate the machines and execute the job and have a minimum professional experience of two to four years in the industry
Supervisors / Programmer — Supervisors are a designation above helpers & operators, as they supervise the work of fabrication & machining; Programmer is mainly applicable for CNC & VMC machining program development
Mechanical / Site Engineer — Engineers have a professional degree in the concerned field and typically have an experience of less than five years. Their role is to explain and support supervisors / welders about requirement
Quality Engineer — Engineers with a professional degree and more than two years of experience with certain certification (AWS,CWI, NDT etc.) / expert in inspections
