Hello my name is Muhammad Taufiq bin Abdul Kadir. I am a student currently taking Bachelor of information Technology in IIUM Gombak. For my degree, I have to complete a Final Year Project on an area of my choosing. Thus I have choosen to develop an android application for Medical Practitioner and Student.

You are invited to participate in my prototype user acceptance testing survey. In this survey, people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about what you think of the prototype in general, its features, the layout, etc. I will open this survey until end of June and data aggregated until then will be use in my final report.
