This upward performance appraisal program provides an opportunity for the Pharmacy Leadership Team to obtain feedback from those they supervise. The intent is to assist with further development of each member of the Team in an environment where managers are expected to be good leaders of people in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives. It is developmental in nature. The goal is to improve morale at all levels, increase productivity and efficiency, and support the development of greater employee satisfaction.
Participation in this upward appraisal survey is voluntary. The survey is also anonymous, meaning no information will be collected on who completed the survey. The results of this upward appraisal are considered a developmental document containing information deemed confidential and will be accessible only by the Director of Pharmacy.
