Dear volunteer:

We are grateful for your service to M-POWER Ministries and your feedback is important to us. The purpose of our Volunteer Appreciation Event is to say "thank you" to the many people who make our work possible and create an environment for you to connect with your fellow volunteers and M-POWER staff outside of performing your volunteer duties.

You are invited to participate in our Volunteer Appreciation Event Survey. In this survey, you will be asked to complete questions about the Volunteer Appreciation Event. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary, but your feedback helps us improve our stewardship events. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
