QuestionPro Partners with CRMGuru.com

Companies to demonstrate importance of research & customer opinion on success of CRM initiatives

QuestionPro, provider of online survey services has teamed up with CRMGuru.com. The two companies will jointly create opportunities to highlight ways that technology can help businesses glean critical insights necessary to drive sales and measure customer satisfaction.

QuestionPro offers a complete set of tools for conducting online surveys, whether for market research, customer satisfaction or just about any other need. QuestionPro offers advanced features for developing surveys including branching, randomization, extraction, and compound branching to name a few. The integrated emailing system gives the user the ability to send mass invitations and track response rates. Results are always available at the click of the mouse, and are always updated with the most recent data.

The company recently achieved certification status with salesforce.com.s (NYSE: CRM) AppExchange, capitalizing on strong demand for survey functionality as part of an overall CRM application.

"There's an increasing awareness that your customers hold many of the answers to questions about the future of your business," said Vivek Bhaskaran, founder and CEO of QuestionPro. "Online surveys are becoming a critical tool for unlocking that data. More and more companies are making customer surveys a key part of their overall CRM programs."

The CRMGuru.com website is a community developed to help business leaders succeed with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives, through high-quality articles, discussion, newsletters and online events; interactions with CRMGuru expert panelists; and insightful industry benchmark reports.

"Too much of conventional CRM focus has been on new customer acquisition, rather than the management and nurturing of existing relationships," said Bob Thompson, founder and editor-in-chief of CRMGuru.com. "We expect to demonstrate the importance of customer insight in the success of customer-centric business strategies."

The two companies will jointly develop a set of online tools to help CRMGuru members assess and improve their CRM initiatives. The tools are expected to be unveiled in early 2007.
