Custom Scoring Model
A Likert scale matrix question is a common way to get feedback on how strongly people feel about a topic. The scale consist of positive, neutral, and negative points to cover the different degree of people opinions. With the help of a custom scoring model you will be able to set your scale points to uncover more insightful opinions on a topic.
To define your custom scale for a survey, go to:
- Login » Workforce (select a survey) » Analytics » Dashboard
- Click on Scoring Model
- Define scale of the matrix question
- View the updated dashboard on custom scale added
