How to generate a PowerPoint Report for the Survey?

Can I use different PowerPoint templates?

We have a set of pre-defined PPT templates that you can choose from. You can always download the the file and then change the template to match your companies template model.

Can I include the open-ended text data as part of the PPT export also?

Yes. We've added in the option to include open-ended text data into the PowerPoint report.

If you have a lot of text in any of your open-ended comments question, you'll get a slide with all the open-ended data in that single slide. It may require users to scroll and view all the comments.

In such cases, it may make more sense to download the Word output (see below.)

How to generate a MS Word Report for the Survey?

To generate a Word formatted report go to:

How can I access the Generated Report?

The report once generated is automatically emailed to the Account Email address. You can also access/download the PPT report from the Download Center.

NOTE: Currently only the Default Reporting format is available. We will provide the option for selecting Graph/Chart types in our future upgrades.
