Reactivating an account

When I log in to my account I get a message that my Account is Blocked as the Credit Card could not be charged - How to reactivate the account?

  1. Your credit card on file will be billed automatically.
  2. You will have the chance to change your credit card on file on the next step.
  3. You will not be charged for the time that you have not used this service.
  4. Your license will start immediately. Start date will be today's date.
  5. You can cancel your account any time you want.
To reactivate your account, follow the steps listed below.
  1. Log in to your account and click on the Update Credit Card Information

  2. You will be directed to a page where you can update your Credit Card details. Make sure the correct license level is selected. Re-Enter the Credit Card Details and Upgrade the account.
