Displaying Answer Values instead of Answer Codes | Display Answer Option Text

When I look at the raw data for my survey I see answer codes (1,2 etc.) -- Can I get the actual answer values?

Yes. When downloading the excel report, make sure you choose the "Display Answer Values" option.

I have custom scaling enabled on my survey -- How do I display the custom scale values on the output of the excel file?

If you have custom scaling enabled -- when you choose "Display Answer Values" -- the values are the items from the custom scale.
