I am inviting you to take time and answer this AFBI Pre-Training Questionnaire.

This Pre-Training Questionnaire is designed to measure your knowleadge to Sfsms Guideline 9.1-9.4 as well as other prerequisites to Alleged Food Borne Investigation such as CDC Foodborne Investigation Procedures.

The PTQ is a 30 question exam and will be sent to you in 3 emails each taking take approximately 10 minutes to answer. I highly encourage you to go through Sfsms Guideline 9.1-9.4 and CDC Foodborne Investigation Procedures specifically on The Classification of FBI by symptom, incubation period and types of agents.
