We invite you to participate in our brief survey on annual giving to the school. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire and you can enter to win a set of 3 CD's by Green Meadow Alumni (the Chapin Sisters, The Folkadelics and the Hot Sardines) at the end!
