This survey is being conducted to collect your preferences regarding being contacted by our answering service. The goal of this survey will be to try and reach a general consensus on two main questions. First, what information would you like to have available when someone pages you? Second, when and how would you like to be contacted? Answers to these questions will be used to make adjustments to our current answering service protocol.
