Introduction:


Thank you for your participation in the 2-day-1-night Residential Training Camp which is organized by Bank of China (H.K.) Limited and Institute for Leadership & Potential Development (H.K.) Ltd, I-LeaP, affiliated with the HK PolyU. You are invited to complete a pre-training questionnaire to serve the following purposes.



1. Understand your current team performance in the areas of goal-setting, roles, interpersonal relationship and working procedures.

2. Clarify your purpose of joining this programme.

3. Provide general participants' background.



Procedure:
