The following questionnaire is a part of a research project being conducted by a Marketing & Finance student at LSE. The purpose of the project is to explore the effect a negative brand experience has on the consumer’s satisfaction and loyalty across products and services.
Your participation is critical to the success of the study. A high response rate is necessary to accurately identify the effects of negative brand experience of a product or service on the satisfaction and eventually loyalty of a consumer. The questionnaire is quantitative in nature and will mostly require you to rate options on a likert scale.
Kindly fill the questionnaire twice: once for a product you are familiar with and once for a service.
