* Default Stocking Group, by MFG code (ex. 400)

* CCC will obtain your delivery area to enable the maximum number of shops for electronic ordering; please indicate the best method to obtain this:

* How many 'Delivery Days' do you want to show for parts that are not on hand? (ex. 2)

* Please provide the best time of day to contact you with questions and to schedule meetings (ex. 2pm-5pm CST)
