We are pleased to administer the Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey (EESS 2014) to find out how engaged and satisfied you are at DHI. As you may recall we did conduct our first employee satisfaction survey in 2012, and shared the findings the same year during the Retreat. This EESS is designed to rapidly guage your job enagegment and satisfaction level at DHI. Please take this survey to give us feedbacks. Your response will be very important for us.
