The Employee Engagement survey is an opportunity for employees to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the workplace. It is an important way to determine how employees feel about their workplace and identify areas to improve – as both a place to work and as an organization that sets standards of excellence in research and world-class education.

The anonymous online survey consists of 28 questions and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The information gathered from this survey will be used to evaluate employee perceptions of the workplace. Results will then be compared to future surveys to measure our progress and determine how sustained and effective our improvement efforts have been. Individual’s responses and specific answers will be kept strictly confidential.
