The following questionnaire is designed to provide a voice for each of you as we embark on shaping our plans and processes for a successful integration of operations into the new Emory Aesthetic Center in the spring of 2013. Your leadership, engagement, and opinions are important, so please take the time to complete the following questions. We will use the results to guide and inform our discussions at our retreat on Saturday, January 19. Thank you in advance for your participation.

It is not clear to me what the benefits will be to the patient community with the planned changes.
The new Center will offer the Atlanta market something that has not existed here before.
