I am your instructor for the Emergency Medical Responder Class that you have signed up for this semester at Tech. You are invited to participate in my survey ATU Emergency Medical Responder Spring Semester 2013. In this survey, approximately 10 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their interest in this class. Your participation in this study is your first assignment for this class. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only to myself. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
