You are invited to participate in our survey Energy Saving in PKT LOGISTIC(M) ship Office Building. In this survey, approximately 50 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about saving behavior in office. It will take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Module I:

Below, there is a list different behaviors. Would you be so kind to indicate how often you perform these behaviors. You can choose “n.a” when the behavior is not applicable to your situation ( you cannot for instance, lower the inner shading device when if you do not have an inner shading device in your office). In order to answer the question you need to click on the radio button that corresponds to your answer. When you have clicked the wrong radio button, you can click the radio button that corresponds with the right answer. and then the flaw will be corrected.
