Thank you for your participation!
The purpose of our study is to gain a better understanding of how potential employees evaluate job opportunities. You will be asked to first tell us a little bit about yourself. You will then be presented with a job opportunity scenario, followed by a series of profiles based on attributes of the business opportunity. The study will conclude with a few questions regarding your use of values.
The entire study should take around 20 minutes to complete. Know that your responses will remain anonymous and participation is voluntary. You are free to withdraw at any time; however, incomplete responses cannot be used in our analysis.

* Task Instructions:
You will be asked to make a series of job offer decisions based on the attribute combinations associated with a number of profiles. Your task is to decide how attractive the job offer is for you specifically. You are judging the attractiveness of the job offer based on the various characteristics presented in each profile. When making these decisions, please use your imagination to put yourself in the context of each scenario, answering questions as if you were actually in the situation. Each profile should be considered as a separate decision, independent of all the others; you will not be able to return to profiles already completed.
Do you clearly understand your task?
