Dear Human Resource Manager

You are invited to participate in the survey to determine the significance of an International Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management for the South African student. Approximately 100 HR Managers from a variety of properties around South Africa will be asked to complete this survey that explores the importance of an International Degree Education.

It will take approximately 8 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for me to learn your opinions. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the research results presented as a part of my final Graduate Research Paper.  You may also be approached to participate in a short secondary study, but as with this survey, you are under no obligation to agree to participate at any point during this process.  All data will be destroyed by, 31 March 2018, shortly after the completion of my course.
