Groveport Madison Family and Civic Engagement Committee - Power Parent presentation follow up on Fit Families

You are invited to participate in our survey on the Fit Families event you and your family attended on Monday January 13, 2014. In this survey, attendees will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the Power Parent program Fit Families presented by Groveport Madison Family and Civic Engagement Committee. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions. Your feedback will help determine the programs offered in the future by the Family and Civic Engagement Committee.
