Come learn about the simple strategies and habits that we see prevalent in our most joyful Halftimer’s."

Halftime for Couples: Strategies for Building a Second Half Adventure Together – Lloyd & Linda Reeb: "Most successful couples reach mid-life and drift into their second half. They have plans for travel, for finances and for hobbies, but they are not fully clear on their calling or how those callings dovetail into a rich adventure. Breakout Session Saturday 22, 8:30-9:45AM:

Which of the 3 breakout sessions would you be most interested in attending?

Connecting Marketplace Skills with Global Kingdom Opportunities – Greg Barnes: "Faith-based non-profits have been hiring the talent they can afford for so long that they have stopped dreaming about finding the kind of talent that Halftimer's offer in abundance. In this session we will help you create a roadmap for communicating a clear point of view about how your “first half” skills and experience can add value to the faith-based non-profit organizations that fit your Core, Capacity and Context. We will also explore the challenges non-profits face in trying to evaluate and understand how marketplace profiles can be a fit with their ministry talent needs."

Fit to Serve: Staying Healthy in Your 50’s & Beyond – Michelle Spadafora: "The world tries to convince us to exercise and diet so we can look good and impress others, but what does God say about fitness? As Christians, should we even concern ourselves with the health of our physical body? What role, if any, does faith play in our health plan. Michelle will give you a wellness plan different from anything you have heard. You will leave this session with practical tools and inspiration to make healthy, lasting changes."

Structuring a Financial Strategy for Greater Kingdom Impact – Jay Bennett: "Ephesians 2:10 tells us that we are God’s workmanship re-created in Jesus for good works which were ordained for us before we were born. Would you rather invest in your Ephesians 2:10 calling or pay taxes with that same money? The choice is yours."

Breakout Session Saturday 22, 8:30-9:45AM:

Which of the 2 sessions would you be most interested in attending?

Building a Thriving Family in Your Second Half – Lloyd & Linda Reeb: "A healthy family can care for its own needs, but a thriving family can find joy in also caring for the needs of others around us. What are we learning from families that are living a second half of significance together – and how can some of those ideas be a blessing in your family?"

Creative Strategies to Leverage Your Business as Your Calling – Jeff Spadafora: "Many people mistakenly believe building God’s kingdom means, by definition, that they need to do it outside of their secular work. Come hear how other Halftimer's are turning the secular into the sacred by how they run their business, and interact with their employees, customers and communities."
