Hello: You are invited to participate in my Home Visit Questionnaire [Does optional home visits in a tuition based program help foster strong home-school connection especially in the areas of family participation, investment in a child's academic growth and overall classroom community?  Does your family's view on education influence your classroom involvement?  Can I, as your teacher, invest in your child' educational career?  Are their any factors that hinder your opportunity for parental inovolvement.  In this survey, approximately 20 families will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about Does optional home visits help foster strong home-school connections especially in the areas of family participation, parent investment in a child's academic growth and overall classroom community?  It will take approximately15 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the questionnaire at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions. Your quesionnaire responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
