1. ส่งข้อมูล ไฟล์ .xlsx แจ้งทาง Planning หรือ NI Team ให้ช่วยอัพเดตให้ (Send .xlsx site list file to Planning or NI team to help update site owner information)

2. ทุกวันศุกร์/ก่อน 12.00 น. (Every Friday/ Before 12:00 a.m.)

3. ทุกวันจันทร์และศุกร์ /ก่อน 12.00 น. (Every Monday&Friday/ Before 12:00 a.m.)

4. ทุกวัน /หลัง 12:00 น. (Everyday/ After 12:00 a.m.)

6. ถ้ามี inconsistency เกิดขึ้น เราควรต้องทำอย่างไร (When inconsistency happens, what should you do?)

1. ไม่ต้องทำอะไร เดี๋ยวมันก็หายไปเอง (No need to do anything, tomorrow it will disappear.)

2. แก้ Plannar ให้ตรงกับ Network (Adjust Plannar by following Network)

3. รีบตรวจสอบ และแก้ไข incon ที่เกิดขึ้นด้วยวิธีการที่เหมาะสม (Find suitable solution to fix inconsistency)

4. แจ้ง NI Team เพื่อของตัด incon ที่เกิดขึ้นทุกอาทิตย์ (Inform NI team to exclude inconsistency every week.)

7. หากตรวจสอบข้อมูลจาก Inconsistency แล้วพบว่าผลน่าจะไม่ถูกต้อง ต้องทำอย่างไร (How to do if you think inconsistency result may not be correct?)

1.แจ้ง NI ว่าผล Inconsistency ไม่ถูกต้อง (Inform NI that inconsistency result is not correct)

2.ไม่ต้องทำอะไรเพราะเดี๋ยวมันก็จะหายไปเอง (Do nothing , it will be disappeared next week)

3.ตรวจสอบข้อมูลเบื้องต้นก่อนว่าค่าใน Plannar ถูกเพิ่งถูกอัพเดตวันนี้หรือเปล่า ทำการตรวจสอบข้อมูล Network และ Capture ข้อมูลตัวอย่างที่ไม่ถูกต้องส่งมาให้ทาง NI ช่วยตรวจสอบต่อไป (Recheck basic information that Plannar value has updated today or recheck network value, capture it and then send an example cell to NI team)

4.แจ้งทีม Planning หรือ Optimization (Inform Planning or Optimization team.)

8. เมื่อมี Event ต้องเปลี่ยน Parameter เป็นเวลา 2 อาทิตย์ (If there's event to change parameter for 2 weeks, What should you do?)

1.เปลี่ยน parameter ที่ Network ได้เลย (Juts only change parameter at network side)

2.ออก CR และส่งข้อมูลให้ทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง กรณีที่ event นี้อาจทำให้เกิดinconsistency กับทีมอื่นๆ (Open CR and share event cell list to other related teams since the event may generate inconsistency on other teams)

3.import buffer เข้า Plannar และแจ้ง RNC submitทันที (Import buffer to Plannar and inform RNC to submit buffer immediately)

4.แจ้ง NI Team เพื่อตัดออกจาก incon (Inform NI team to exclude event cell from inconsistency report)

9. ใครคือ Site owner ของ New Site inconsistency และมันจะถูกส่งต่อให้ Post-Opti team เมื่อใด (Who's the owner of new site inconsistency? And when is it transferred to Post-Opti team?)

1. RNO/เมื่อแจ้ง NI Team (RNO/ When inform NI team.)

2. Post-Opti team/ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยน Site owner ได้ (Post-Opti team/ Site owner cannot be changed.)

3. RNP/เมื่อ RNO approve new site's KPI และเปลี่ยน site owner = Post-Opti team (RNP/ When new site is approved by RNO and changed site owner to Post-Opti team.)

4. RNP/เมื่อ RNP เปลี่ยน Site Owner เอง (RNP/When RNP changes site owner by themselves.)

10. หากเจอ Case ที่ Inconsistency เพิ่งขึ้นในอาทิตย์นั้นทั้งๆที่ทาง Vendor มั่นใจว่าไม่มีการทำ activity ใดๆกับ Cell นั้นให้ทำอย่างไร (If you find that inconsistency result has just occurred but you are confident there’s no activity during the past week. What should you do?)

1.ตรวจสอบก่อนว่า Cell นั้นเพิ่ง Inservice หรือเปล่า (Recheck if that cell just comes in service this week?)

2.ตรวจสอบก่อนว่าเคยอยู่ใน exception List หรือเปล่า (Recheck if that cell is included in exception list before?)

3.ตรวจสอบว่าค่านั้นใน Plannar เพิ่งมีการอัพเดตหรือเปล่า (Recheck if that cell just gets updated with that value in Plannar?)

4.ทำตามลำดับทั้ง 3 ข้อก่อนที่จะส่ง List แจ้งมาให้ทาง NI ตรวจสอบข้อมูล (Do all above before sending an example cell list to NI in order to help recheck.)
