Welcome to this questionnaire concerning knowledge at DAF-PD. Thank you for taking the time.

The truck industry is undergoing changes; the speed of innovations is accelerating and shifts are under way. Prof. M. Weggeman and Squarewise are working together with DAF-PD to address these challenges. This is done from a knowledge perspective.

In the first steps an overview of the knowledge needed within DAF-PD has been created. In the next step, this questionnaire, this knowledge is assessed in order to get a picture of the knowledge situation at DAF-PD.

You are invited to participate in our survey . In this survey, approximately 150 people will assess the DAF-PD knowledge domains by addressing three important viewpoints:

1. Knowledge life cycle position; the overall maturity of the knowledge domain, in the ecosystem (introduction, growth, maturity or decline)

2. The quality and quantity of available knowledge within DAF-PD

3. Strategic importance of knowledge domain for DAF-PD

First you will be asked what knowledge domains that are applicable to you; knowledge domains you have worked with or have any connection to. You will be able to change this as you go along. Pausing the questionnaire is always possible; your answers will be saved automatically.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
