Solid Performer - Basic knowledge of product and tools used to troubleshoot product, knows 2-3 devs, knows 2-3 intricacies and pitfalls of the product, knows 3-4 open JIRAs related to product.
Excellent - Advanced understanding of product and tools used to troubleshoot product, knows 3-4 devs, know some of the intricacies and pitfalls regarding the product, know 4-5 JIRAs related to the product.
Above and Beyond - Extensive knowledge of product and tools used to troubleshoot product, extensive knowledge of how product integrates with 3rd party and other GoDaddy product, has a relationship with 4+ devs, is aware of intricacies and pitfalls of the product, and knows 5+ open JIRAs related to product. |
