* 8. when allocating work to his team Vic always allocates a task to the team member that he think can complete the task the quickest.

* 10. If one of his team makes a mistake this would not put him off giving them responsibility in the future
* 11. It is comfortable for Vic allocating a task that he knows will stretch a team member, even if that team member struggles or fails to deliver the task
* 12. He encourages his team to publish project information, post updates onto the intranet, etc. so that the rest of the organisation can see what you are doing
* 13. Vic shares as much information as he has with his team and those outside of the team who may be interested
* 14. Transparency is extremely important to Vic and he feels frustrated if information is being withheld from him, or not being passed on in a timely manner

* 1. If a team member falls behind with a task, then Vic often takes it from them and complete it himself
* 2. Vic constantly pushing his team to deliver
* 3. If there is a poor performing team member Vic points this out to them and gives them a date by which he expect them to have improved
* 4. If decisions are needed Vic puts the decision to the team vote, rather than make the decision himself
* 5. Vic values every team members contributions equally
* 6. If there is friction between members of his team Vic seek to actively resolve it as quickly as possible, rather than leave them to sort it out among themselves
* 7. It is easy for Vic to listen to team members and offer them advice
