You are a member of the Illinois Federation of Teachers and are represented in a Local Council, Local 604.  

The IFT represents 103,000 education and public service professionals from cities and towns of every size across Illinois.

The IFT is a member of the The American Federation of Teachers (AFT), which represents 1.6 million members nationwide.

As part of the IFT, Local 604 is responsible for negotiating and administrering your contract.  In this survey, you will be asked about your negotiation goals and your experiences with and approval of your Local, the IFT and the AFT and will be asked for suggestions or comments.

If you are unfamiliar with a subject being asked, or do not wish to answer a particular question, you may skip that question.

This survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
