Receiving optional additional written comments from you and your peers at the end of the survey adds further perspective and offers the opportunity to share additional ways to enhance our workplace culture and environment.

Your responses are compiled with those of your peers and reported at the division, sub-division and supervisor level. In most cases a minimum of five responses is required for a report to be generated. Supervisors with 3-6 direct reports require 3 to generate a report. In all reports individual employee responses remain confidential.
