Thank you for taking this survey of parents whose student(s) attended school in the Las Lomitas Elementary School District during the 11-12 school year. The purpose of this survey is to give feedback that will support the improvement of the education experience of your student(s) and the overall quality of education at LLESD.

The survey will take about 5-10 minutes to complete and is anonymous unless you choose to provide your name. The survey launched on June 1st and will conclude on June 15th. Please make sure that you complete it as soon as possible as we want to make sure that we hear from everyone! We will complete a summary of results to share with the community.

You will have the opportunity to complete this survey for each of your student(s). If you have more than one student, please answer the survey in order from oldest to youngest. You can complete the survey for your second student in questions 8-14 and your third student, if applicable, in questions 15-21. Please also answer questions 22-27 about your own experiences as a parent.

Please note that any concerns expressed in this survey will not be registered as complaints as defined by Board Policy 1312, 1312.1 and Administrative Regulations 1312.1. Formal complaints about any aspect of school or district operations should be handled through the district’s complaint procedure which can be obtained at the school or district office.
