Outcome A: We deepened our understanding of the Leadership Cycle elements and the information gained from both the data analysis of context (internal and external) and our practices relative to high performing organizations in implementing a high quality instructional core (strategy).

Outcome B: We continued to shape and communicate a compelling vision for our future.

Outcome C: We deepened our understanding of SMART goal characteristics and core strategy as well as the alignment of our district's vision, goals and core strategy at all levels of the system.

Outcome D: We assessed and recorded our district's current developmental level (stage) with supporting evidence relative to each of the six elements of the Leadership Cycle using the Leadership for Equity and Systems Change Rubric.
