Honest- Employee has integrity; wants to do the right thing.

Work Ethic- Employee will get it done, and our customers know it. Employee is a hard worker; doesn't give up; doesn't say, "It's not my job;" doesn't say, "No."

AttitudeEmployee loves CAMP and has fun. Is positive; can be described as Family; is loyal; is a cheerleader; enjoys being here; wants to help the team.

Motivate-  Employee seeks to improve ‐ wants to be better. Looks for new and better ways and shares that with others; listens; strives to be the best.

CommittedEmployee gives all we have to please our customers ‐ because we know they will come back if we do. Doesn't leave anything on the table; listens and fulfills.

RespectfulEmployee treats everyone with respect ‐ our business is based on relationships for long term success. Whether a customer, leasing agent, maintenance man, roofer, helper, housekeeper, vendor, or fellow team member, realizes it takes all of us to make it ‐ we all need each other, we care about people. "They are only what you would be if you were them."

Get It--------------Does he or she have a clear understanding of their role, the culture, the systems, the pace and how the job comes together? Do they have the capability to understand what to do when instruction or explanation has been given.
                          ‐ Job Knowledge: Demonstrates comprehension of techniques, skills, processes, equipment, procedures, and materials to perform job.
                 ‐ Quality of Work: The employee maintains an acceptable level of capability, skill and thoroughness in effectively accomplishing assigned duties and responsibilities. Work product is complete, accurate and in an acceptable format.

Want It------------Does he or she genuinely want to do their job? Does he or she have the appropriate drive or motivation to perform the job without being begged, forced, or incentivized?
                 ‐ Attendance/Punctuality: Does the employee’s attendance and punctuality meet company standards?
                 ‐ Initiative: Generates ideas and initiates action to seek information to solve problems or follow through with a task; The employee is a Self‐Starter, plans and initiates appropriate action.
                 ‐ Dependability: Exhibits reliability in being available for work, sometimes without close supervision, and takes ownership in the work performed.
                 ‐ Adaptability: The employee demonstrates a willingness to learn and accepts and meets changing conditions.


Capacity to Do It----Does he or she have the mental, physical and emotional capacity to do their job? Does the job require more intellect, skill, knowledge or emotional intelligence than he or she possesses?
                ‐ Communication: Expresses ideas and information in writing and verbally, in a manner that is complete, clear, concise, organized and appropriate to the audience, Conveys information to supervisors, peers, and customers in a timely, clear and concise manner. Listens to others, and is open‐minded to and evaluates suggestions from others.
                ‐ Quantity of Work: Completes assigned work efficiently, and in an organized manner within an established time frame, works to complete objectives and sees a task through to the end while taking into consideration current responsibilities and work load.
