You are invited to participate in our Post Training Assessment survery. In this survey, learners will be asked to complete questions about impact of training in your career development. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
The purpose of this survey are:
> To assess the impact of the training return on the trainee and the extent of practicable benefits from the participation in the traineeship program.
> To determine the extent of implementing the information learnt from the traineeship programs held and turn them into practical and functional skills.
> To identify the impact of the traineeship program in the path of career development for the trainee internally and / or externally.
> To follow up the trainees who have participated at least in one of AMI Training Programs.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
Your responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
