You are invited to participate in my research on your sailing experiences for the purpose of my book where I will draw analogies from sailing to dealing with life and business. I hope to survey 100 offshore ocean racers and around the world cruisers and racers about how they dealt with the preparation for and handling of actual adverse weather conditions at sea. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire depending on the length of your answers.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and by participating you will allow me to use the information or data provided as part of my book. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for me to learn from your experiences.
