Social Television in digital era

Hello:
You are invited to participate in a survey for my thesis work. Approximately 100 people will be asked to answer these questions, scientific results will eventually come out of this questionnaire and be analyzed for my thesis.

What will be measured in this questionnaire?

This survey is split in 3 sections.
First of all, questions about the habits you have while watching TV in a completely ordinary environment will be asked. Data will be collected from these interrogations: On what frequency are you watching TV? How much time do you spend watching it? How focus are you in front of your screen.
In a second section, you will be asked about your use of the social networks. Which social networks are you using? How often do you use them? And more questions about your relation with these networks and your opinion towards them.
Finally, you will be asked some usual questions about who you are.

Why am I measuring it?

Data collected in this survey will have an exclusive use for my thesis. Indeed, my research question is the following: Social, connected and social TV, what are the new creative stakes for advertising agencies? Thus, your answers will help me understand how important is the use of social networks when used for and by television.

How am I measuring it?

Thanks to the collected answers, some in depth computing will be realized to analyse the common habits and the different uses one can have with the concept of Social Television. Tables and graphics will enlighten the future results and allow me to get to scientific conclusions.

It will take approximately 7 minutes minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for me to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
